▶︎材料:Ingredients (2食分)
⚫︎牛肉湯2杯(牛肉の煮込みスープ500ml)beef soup 500ml
⚫︎紅蘿蔔少許(人参適宜)some carrots
⚫︎馬鈴薯2個 (じゃがいも2個)2 potato
⚫︎溫泉蛋1/2顆(温泉玉子1/2個)1/2 hard-boiled egg
⚫︎鹽少許(塩適宜)some salt
⚫︎太白粉1大匙(片栗粉大さじ1)1T corn flour
▶︎作法:Procedure
1.把蛋煮熟後沖冷水備用。
Cook hard-boiled eggs until well done.
After, put into cold water and leave until ready to serve.
沸騰したお湯の中に玉子を入れてゆでる。

2.用煮湯鍋加點油把紅蘿蔔、馬鈴薯炒熟後加入牛肉湯和調味料。
Put some oil into a pot and boil the carrots and
