Living abroad it is hard to buy the hometown food, so have no choice but to cook by myself. I found the Chinese seasoning is good for cooking beef noodles.

▶︎材料:Ingredients (2食分)
⚫︎牛肋條半斤(牛肉シチュー/スネ600グラム)
⚫︎洋蔥1大顆(玉ねぎ1個)1 onion
⚫︎蕃茄1大顆(トマト1個)1 tomato
⚫︎薑片3片(生姜3枚)ginger 3 pieces
⚫︎青蔥2根(ねぎ2本)scallion 2 roots
⚫︎紅蘿蔔少許(人参適宜)some carrots
⚫︎豆苗1束(豆苗1パック)pea sprouts 1 bag
⚫︎麵2人份(麺2人分)noodles for 2 people
⚫︎味醂1杯(みりん250ml)Chinese rice wine 250ml
⚫︎醬油1/2杯(醤油150-200ml)soy sauce 150-200ml
⚫︎辣豆瓣醬3大匙(豆板醤大さじ3)3T Chinese seasoning
⚫︎糖30克(砂糖30グラム)sugar 30g
⚫︎黑胡椒1小匙(胡椒小さじ1)1t pepper
⚫︎水3杯(水750ml)water 750ml
⚠️滷包1包(薬味の角煮用の料理パック1個)1 Chinese stock (optional)
▶︎作法:Procedure
1.把麵煮熟後沖冷水備用。
Cook noodles until well done. After, put into cold water and leave until ready to serve.
沸騰したお湯の中にめんを入れ、強火でゆでる。
2.豆苗、紅蘿蔔燙熟後備用,並準備適量的青蔥。
Cook Pea Sprouts and carrots until softened. Take out and keep separately until ready to serve. Now, proceed to cook scallion.
沸騰したお湯の中に豆苗と人参を入れ、強火で3〜
3.用煮湯鍋加點油把牛肉、
To make soup: put some oil and fry the beef, onion and then tomato until a little softened. Put in ginger, seasoning, fry it and stir.
スープ用の鍋を使い、中火で少し油入れ、
4.最後加水加滷包(滷包可加可不加)
Put water into the same pot as 3 and also, you can put the Chinese stock for extra taste. Turn temperature up to max and cook until water is boiled. Turn heat to a low setting and stew for 2 hours.
最後は水と薬味の角煮用の料理パック(なくでもok!)
5.將麵盛入碗中,加入牛肉湯,再用豆苗、紅蘿蔔和蔥擺盤即可。
Put noodles, pea sprout, carrots, scallion and soup into a serving bowl and enjoy the food :)
